The First “Content King” Contest Is Coming

The first “Content King” contest is coming.

It’s going to bring the best and brightest bloggers with the passion, with the ideas, with the knowledge and the blogging skills together. To enter into a contest where the readers choose who will become the “Content King”.

This contest is the first of it’s kind and never been done before so it should be exciting and unique. Unfortunately I can’t take credit for the idea. David over at Ilcantone opened me up to this type of contest. I also do want to thank everybody who gave me their input on what contest would be the best to kick off the first contest here. Your input did affect my choice and I hope ye like this contest. To everyone who wanted a voting contest, thank you because I now have a great idea for the next contest…. but their is a voting element to this contest. I won’t be able to affect the outcome of who wins so it’s in yours and in the readers hands who comes out on top as the content king.

What Does “Content King” Mean and How Do I Win ?

The name “Content King” is the name given to the person with the best content. The content im talking about will be a sort of guest post. The best content and the Content King will be defined with the guest post that has the most comments, retweets, stumbles, diggs and blogengages. So the more comments, retweets, stumbles, diggs and blogengages each blogger gets for his post, the better the chance will be that he is crowned “Content King”.

The post with the most points wins.

• 1 comment is worth 1 point
• 1 stumble is worth 1 point
• 1 digg is worth 1 point
• 1 retweet is worth 1 point
• 1 vote on blogengage is worth 1 point

How Do I Enter ?

All bloggers can enter and there are only 3 requirements:

1. Write a blog post (unique content only)
2. Send it to me at blaineblogger@gmail.com
3. Include your name and your blog
